us_custom_71d3e3d1\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">The NUHR Medical Center has been a place of health and positive change for almost 70 years.<br \/>\nDr. Otto Nuhr founded the first health center in the region in 1954 in Senftenberg near Krems.<br \/>\nToday, the NUHR Medical Center is an institution in the health and rehabilitation sector and sets new standards in individual therapy concepts.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_109fd4d9 height_auto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_71d3e3d1 big_lis\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Founded by an Austrian pioneer<\/h3>\n<p>Our founder MR Dr. Otto Nuhr is considered an Austrian pioneer in the field of high-frequency electrotherapy.<br \/>\nBuilding on the focus on electrophysical medicine and hydrotherapy, the range of services was later expanded and an outpatient clinic with specialists from various rehabilitation fields was established.<br \/>\nThe development of modified arsonvalization therapy and its success when used as a cure gave the innovative rehabilitation center in Lower Austria an excellent reputation early on.<br \/>\nWith new therapeutic concepts, outstanding service and a family atmosphere, we have repeatedly established new standards and opened up new paths over the decades.<br \/>\nAnd we are continuing along this path.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row us_custom_79a6436d class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Progress in the third generation<\/h3>\n<p>After decades of steady growth and always in family hands, the newly designed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuhrmedicalcenter.com\/en\/nuhr-medical-center\/\"><span class=\"textMainColorLight\">NUHR <\/span>Medical Center<\/a> has been under the medical direction of <strong>Univ.-Doz. Dr. Martin Nuhr, MSc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a specialist in physical medicine and general rehabilitation, general practitioner and Master of Science in interdisciplinary pain therapy, he also founded the Karl Landsteiner Institute for Physical Rehabilitative Medicine as part of the Karl Landsteiner Society in the same year.<br \/>\nThis institute is dedicated to modern medical research in the field of physical-rehabilitative medicine. <\/p>\n<p>The new <span class=\"textMainColorLight\">NUHR <\/span>Medical Center was opened in summer 2018. A rehabilitation center and health hotel that carries our rich history into the future. Under the medical direction of Univ.-Doz. Dr. Martin Nuhr, we offer our guests cutting-edge medicine that focuses on the needs of the individual. An innovative environment in which we continuously develop treatment methods and concepts.
