On Wednesday, February 26, the lecture "Start the new year fit and vital with the optimal diet!" with Verena Hut, BSc, dietician at Nuhr Medical Center and Sabine Velharticky from Bodymed took place. The topic found active interest with the listeners. Among other things, the approximately 30 people present learned how to change their diet, reduce or optimize weight, received information about liver fasting and much more.
