Long Covid therapy
After an infection, many things are no longer the same as before.
General weakness, loss of strength, muscle atrophy, tiredness and breathing problems are just some of the symptoms that severely affect the daily lives of those affected, even though they are already considered to have recovered.
Do you feel that these words describe your current life situation exactly?
Would you like to become physically and mentally fit and productive again after recovering from COVID-19?
As a health center, we see it as our task to support you as a COVID-19 sufferer in improving and restoring your quality of life.
Our team of doctors and therapists has therefore developed a new rehabilitation concept that treats precisely these COVID-19 after-effects.
Since the existing residual symptoms are very different, our therapy program is individually adapted to each person.
A key role in our COVID-19 rehabilitation concept is played by physical-rehabilitative therapy measures such as individual remedial gymnastics, moderate strength and endurance training (also oxygen-supported if required), various massages and manual therapies or, if necessary, autogenic training for mental recovery.
In line with the concept of comprehensive and holistic care, nutrition also makes a significant contribution to rehabilitation.
As studies have already shown, an antiviral diet plays a major role in a good prognosis.

“A strong immune system plays a central role in the prevention, but also in the treatment of COVID-19. Recent studies have already shown that certain foods are effective against SARS-CoV-2 and therefore support our immune system.
These include, for example: Cress, radish, rocket, broccoli, mustard, rhubarb, thyme, sage, soybeans and dandelion. I show my patients how they can easily incorporate these ingredients into their diet. After an infection, it is also particularly important to get enough protein – as a building block of our muscles! Dairy products, eggs, fish, pulses and small amounts of meat are our main sources here.” Dietician Verena Hut, BSc.
