During the consultation, patients learn how to change their diet so that they can successfully lose weight and then enjoy staying slim in the long term.
The dietician attaches great importance to individual practical tips for everyday life.
The possible weight loss in the 4 months varies greatly and is around 10 kg.
To monitor success , the body composition is measured regularly using BIA measurements.
This ensures that fat mass is reduced in a targeted manner while maintaining muscle mass.
IMPORTANT: Patients must bring a current blood test with them to their first appointment!
This should include the following laboratory values: CBC, NBZ (fasting blood sugar), HbA1c, HOMA index, INR / Quick, TSH, BUN, creatinine, uric acid, GFR, GOT, GPT, yGT, alk.
Phosphatase, bilirubin, cholinesterase, total protein, cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides; if possible in addition: vitamin B12, folic acid, serum iron, ferritin, vitamin D3 and parathyroid hormone.
