This is exactly where we start with the key to success for powerful ageing.
On the one hand, the stimulus of movement through training is important for the muscle and, on the other hand, the “building material” must also be provided by supplementary nutrients.
We combine both pillars: Exercise + nutrition. As each of our bodies has different requirements, we attach great importance to individual support from our specialist medical staff. A precise analysis of the current body composition – broken down into muscle mass, fat tissue and water – enables our dietician to adapt the necessary and, above all, the RIGHT nutrients for each individual.
This not only ensures balanced, tasty and freshly cooked menus every day, but also additional snacks between meals, if necessary, for optimum nutrition.
Based on the current fitness and nutritional status, we can thus get the best out of each individual for powerful ageing.
Once the starting signal has been given after this 1 week, it is important to keep at it.
To stabilize the success, our therapists develop personal nutrition and exercise tips for a seamless transition to further independent implementation at home in everyday life.

Muscle deterioration accelerates from the age of 50.
Anyone who does nothing to prevent this loses strength, falls more frequently, is unsteady in their gait and must therefore expect serious limitations in everyday independent living.
Muscle cells can continue to renew themselves into old age.
This is exactly where we come in.
Our individually tailored 7-day nutrition and training program lays the foundation for building up your muscle mass and increasing your muscle strength.
Your current body weight is not the deciding factor, as overweight and thin people can also have too few muscles.
Therapies:
- 1 x training course – medical training therapy
- 3 x medical training therapy (75 min. each)
- 5 x Arsonvalization
- 5 x threshold current
- 2 x individual therapeutic gymnastics (25 min. each)
- 2 x water gymnastics in a group (30 min. each)
